If you want to see what it is all about, feel free to join us for up to 3 trainings sessions, where we can provide you with gear as well. Training will be in English, but likely we can also accommodate Swiss-German, German or French only speakers. Age is 16 and up and contrary to what you might expect it is (on the Swiss level) a sport with a low rate of injury compared to many other field sports. As it is a very technical sport, you can enjoy it on any level. If you decide to become a member, we have a reasonably priced yearly membership where all the money goes back into developing the club and the sports.
